Lucky Charm Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• In its original condition

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size and the replacement size is available, we’re happy to exchange it. Lucky Charm Boutique will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item once the original item has been returned and approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@luckycharmboutique.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued.
